Macala Returns Policy

At Macala Collections we want you to love your purchase that is why we gladly accept returns within 21 days from the date of purchase provided the items are in original condition, unworn and unwashed with the tags still on.

Our only exceptions are swimwear and earrings which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Returning an item
We will process a full refund (less the cost of any postage that may have been paid) within 7 days of receiving the items in “as new” condition. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement subject to your bank’s processing times.
